Specifications: Similarly, Tema ensures meticulous development of specifications when it is our responsibility. We also offer detailed feedback and proposed amendments to specifications provided by others, whether received directly or acquired independently. Hellebø is dedicated to ensuring Tema Isoleringsprodukter AS remains a leading player in the insulation sector and a trusted partner for its clients. His vision involves blending the company’s established reliability with modern solutions, demonstrating a forward-thinking approach while honoring its established reputation.
Prior to his appointment as Managing Director, Tore Hellebø was actively involved in Tema Isoleringsprodukter AS’s commercial development and business strategy from January 2021 to February 2025. This four-year and two-month tenure within the company provides him with a strong understanding of its operations, market position, and strategic direction. His progression to Managing Director reflects a natural advancement, building upon his existing knowledge of the business. His engagement in business strategy, finance, project management, and sustainable business practices positions him well to navigate the evolving demands of the insulation industry, while upholding the company’s legacy of reliability.
